Potential Graphics

The website logo which will be placed at the first graphic on the page, though will be edited to be larger.

Potential graphic to show links to social media, possible included in the sliding graphic or as a standalone in for example on the about us page.

Example graphic of one of the images featured on the sliding graphic. Text and image would change on every graphic though text and positioning would not.

Could be used as a background image; possibly multiplied in the wrapper.

LO2: Production Plan & Timescales (Gantts Chart)

Production Plan - Gantts Chart

Time scale and contingency:

When the project is started the longest element of the project is gathering and creating assets and integrating them into the website.

Since The Games Corner TV show is still in production at the time of the website creation lots of content still needs to be created and can drastically delay the creation of the website. This is taken into account of the above production plan which is why gathering resources takes the majority of the production plan.

The contingency also takes into account the finalisation of the website and that it can take less time than granted but this is also to extend the waiting period of gathering resources if necessary.

Budgeting & Potential Revenue

As previously mentioned there is no budget all equipment and software is either free or provided by UTC Sheffield or Sheffield Live. This does not effect the production of the website at all and no contingency is required.

Also as covered in the treatment the potential revenue does not effect the production since there also will be none since the product is intended for a community radio station TV Channel which cannot make profit.

Final Concept Layouts

For pages: Episodes, Vlogs & Interviews, Competitions and Reviews the layout is the same though the title video and text areas will contain different information.

When entering the webpage certain graphics take priority and certain information and graphics have been positioned in account of this since when entering the website only a certain amount of the page will be seen without scrolling. I have taken this into account when deciding the layout in the wire-frames. When entering the website you will roughly see this much of the page without scrolling as shown by the red box on the image below.
